How it works: four steps, two weeks
A short, fixed process that ends in a plan you can act on.
1. Discovery
Two 90-minute sessions with you and the people who do the work. We follow how a lead becomes a job and a job becomes an invoice, and find where the time goes.
2. Current-state review
We go through your tools and data and write up what's working, what's duplicated and what's slipping.
3. Design
We draw the new workflows and system design in Lucidchart, so you can see exactly what would change before anything is built.
4. Readout
At the end of week 2 we walk you through the roadmap: what to build first, what it saves, and a fixed quote for phase 1.

A fixed quote for phase 1, with no hourly surprises. You decide whether to build with us, with another partner, or in-house.
Questions owners ask about the Systems Roadmap
Is this a sales pitch in disguise?
No. It's paid, fixed-scope work, and you keep everything we produce. Plenty of clients take the roadmap and build in-house.
Do we have to use Zoho?
No. We start from what you already use. If the tools you have can do the job, the roadmap says so.
How much of my team's time does it take?
About 3 hours of discovery sessions, plus a few follow-up questions by email.
What does it cost?
It's a fixed fee, and we'll share it on the first call. If you go ahead with the build within 60 days, it's credited in full.
What if AI isn't the answer for us?
Then the roadmap will say so. Sometimes the biggest win is fixing a process or connecting two systems you already pay for.
