Why not just use ChatGPT ourselves?
You can, and it’s useful for one-off questions. What it can’t do on its own is see your CRM, inbox and meeting notes, or follow your rules. We set AI up with that context and a shared set of skills, so it does the routine work the way you would, for everyone on the team.
Which AI should we standardize on: ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot?
We’ll recommend one based on the tools you already use. Most teams we work with run on Claude, because skills built once can be shared across the whole company. If you’re already invested in ChatGPT or Microsoft, we work with those too.
Does it only work with Zoho?
No. We’re an Advanced Zoho Partner, so Zoho is where we go deepest, but the AI Second Brain connects to most CRMs, email and calendar tools. Tell us what you use on the call and we’ll confirm.
How does pricing work?
It depends on your team size, the tools you use and which jobs you want AI to take on first. On a free 30-minute call we’ll work that out with you and follow up with a fixed quote, so you know the full cost before anything starts. Payment plans are available.
Can we start small?
Yes. Most clients start with 3 or 4 skills that save the most time, then add more once the team trusts it.
What about client data and recording calls?
Your data stays in your own accounts. If your industry restricts bots joining calls, we set up recording that doesn’t need one, and the AI only drafts: nothing goes out without your approval.
Do you only work with businesses in Vancouver?
No. We work with clients across Canada and the United States, and in English-speaking countries such as the UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand. Everything runs online, so where you are doesn’t change how we work together.
