Question 1

Do you offer ongoing support or training?

We will walk you through the automation once it is implemented to make sure that you and your team will know how it works and how to use it. Additionally, we will provide you with a user-manual you can refer to if required.

We also offer a 30-day warranty, and you can purchase a monthly retainer package in the form of a Service Level Agreement. Depending on the package, we are available on an hourly basis for any kind of automation questions you may have.

Question 2

Whats your pricing structure?

We usually do not charge hourly but by project. Our process requires you to sign off on the project requirements before sending you a quote. This way we ensure that you get exactly what you want, and are protected from a project going over budget or needing to be reworked. We also offer Service Level Agreements. These retainers vary in price depending on how many hours you want us to be available and how responsive we need to be. Please, ask us for more details. For smaller projects, you will receive a Statement of Work (SOW) that will be reviewed with you before sending you a quote. For larger projects, we will provide you with a price to do the upfront planning and design specification, and an estimate of what your automation will cost.

Where should I start with automation?

That is a good question. First, take a week or up to a month to pay attention to tasks that are repetitive and time-consuming in your company. We recommend  you ask your employees to track how much time they spend doing repetitive work. You can use our Automation Audit tool to help you get a clearer picture of where you might be able to save time and money through automation.

Do you automate outside of Zoho?

Initially, we created automations using As we gained more and more clients over our first year in business, we discovered new methods and tools of automation, including tools for: Optical Character Recognition (OCR); creating mail merge documents; web crawling / scraping; data mining, extraction and manipulation; and automated dashboards. All of which were centred around using Zapier as the primary integration tool. 

Then, in mid-2019, we chose Zoho CRM as our Customer Resource Management (CRM) platform. We quickly discovered how easy and intuitive it was to create automations within Zoho, as well as a high demand among small to medium sized businesses for automation services within this software.  As we learnt how to create API Calls within Zoho CRM, we began a shift away from Zapier towards Zoho CRM as the hub for the automations that we create for our clients.  

Today, 90% of our automation services are centred around Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications.

Here are some examples of what we have done:

Common integrations we have done are with systems like XERO, QuickBooks, DocuSign, and SignNow using Deluge. We have integrated website processing with Paypal, Subscriptions Software, and Zoho Subscriptions. API integration with Zoho has been with QuickBooks, Xero, Discord, Youtube, Google Sheets, YahooFinance, Avalara Tax Systems, Ocean Tides API's and several private API's for oil wells, forex, and shipping.

In short, we can build anything you can imagine in ZOHO using Deluge. Custom scripts can be built for any use case, no matter how complicated.

How do you know that I can automate a workflow?

Any task that does not involve humans needing to have a conversation via phone or in person can likely be automated. Give us a call to discuss if your workflow can be automated.

How long does an automation take?

It depends on the features that you need in your CRM. It could take less than 3 weeks or more than 3 months based on what you need implemented.

Where are you located?

All of our team members work remotely. The majority of us live in British Columbia, and a few of the developers live in Washington State. Our regular operating hours are based on Pacific Standard Time, however, we are committed to accommodating our clients from afar as much as possible, so turn around time is quick.
