What you earn
10% of the professional services your client pays for in the first two years. Every project and phase counts, without restarting the clock. A client who spends $25,000 a year with us earns you $5,000.
What counts
Consulting, implementation, configuration, development, support and retainer fees, once they're paid and the work is delivered.
What doesn't count
Software licence fees, taxes, third-party and pass-through costs, and reimbursed expenses.
The 5% override
Introduce another professional who joins as a partner and earn 5% on the clients they refer, on top of their 10%. One level only.
How you're paid
A statement within 15 days of month-end. You invoice us, plus GST/HST if you're registered, and we pay within 30 days.

Partner terms at a glance
When does the two years start?
On the Referral Date, the day we accept your referral in writing. Email is enough.
Which referrals qualify?
New companies that aren't already our clients, active prospects or referred by someone else. If two partners refer the same company, the first complete referral we accept gets the credit.
Do I have to sell or manage anything?
No. We contract with, invoice and support your client directly. Please don't quote prices or promise scope for us; send those questions our way.
What about deposits and refunds?
Deposits and prepaid amounts count as the work is delivered. If we refund a client, the related commission comes off future payments. You only repay in cases of fraud or breach.
Can I stop at any time?
Yes, on 30 days' notice either way. Referrals we accepted before then keep earning until their two years are up.
Do I need to tell my client?
You're responsible for any disclosure your profession or client relationship requires. Being upfront is always the right call.
